Exploration in coffee is so completely underrated. Everyone and their cousins are roasting their own beans and quite so operating a cafe with the “best coffee.” Do yourself a favor, and try all of them. From Kona coffee to Colombia coffee, they are all not only different blends of beans, from location to notes but also different ratios of Arabica to Robusto and roasting batch sizes. You have different batch sizes to roast times and different storage facilities to amount of sunlight offered. We haven’t even spoken of the many different methods of brewing and serving this irreplaceable liquid of the sirens. Not to cut shot, but start trying them all, and when you find something you like, keep your mind open and your cup full to continue to diversify your palette. -Nat
